Cyclists suffer identical injuries in horror crashes

Posted in General on September 26th, 2010 by Site Admin – Be the first to comment

CYCLING is proving a Fairley dangerous pastime for two cyclists who share the same name and who suffered identical injuries in two separate horror crashes within two weeks.

Dalgety Bay’s Stuart Fairley received a broken collarbone after the keen cyclist landed on his head when a locked wheel flung him over his bike’s handlebars.

And in an amazing twist, another Stewart Fairley, from Winchburgh, West Lothian, suffered the exact same injury only a couple of days earlier after crashing off his bike at 37mph.

Stuart said, “The fact we’re both cyclists who fell off within a couple of days of each other and ended up with the same injury, it’s just really bizarre.”

Stewart concurred, “It was a very strange coincidence, very spooky. Lets hope there’s not a third cyclist out there with the same name.”

Even more coincidental is the fact both cyclists were travelling on new bikes and it was the first time either had been in a serious crash.

Derren Brown to “predict lotto numbers”

Posted in General on September 7th, 2009 by Site Admin – Be the first to comment

Reported in The Sun today and confirmed on Derren Brown’s own website … he’s going to predict the lotto numbers on Wednesday night and his prediction will be broadcast live on Channel 4 at 10.35pm.

I don’t watch the lotto shows, but there’s something at the back of my head that makes me think the Wednesday night show is actually pre-recorded earlier in the evening …  Could be wrong though!

I’ve added a colour therapy interactive tool to the Hidden Influences Interactive section. This tool allows you to choose three colours then analyses your response to tell you what this says about your personality, current challenges and energies coming in which can help you with challenges.

Enjoy!

Paranormal Evidence Archive has changed!

Posted in General on July 11th, 2009 by Site Admin – Be the first to comment

I’ve updated the Paranormal Evidence Archive to become the Paranormal Evidence Wiki, so it’s now a community project that can be edited by its users. Anyone can browse the site and you can become a registered user in order to edit and create pages.

As well as being a showcase of paranormal evidence, I’ve also started to build a paranormal encyclopedia, a database of paranormal locations and a list of paranormal investigation groups.  Please feel free to add your group details, show off your knowledge by filling up the encyclopedia and add your favourite haunted hotels and other places of interest.

Magic money-making?

Posted in General on March 25th, 2009 by Site Admin – Be the first to comment

In Paranormal Magazine this month, there’s a feature on ways to beat the credit crunch using magic spells, voodoo dolls etc. that are designed to encourage money to appear from unexpected sources; such as a windfall, new job or promotion.

I have a little alarm bell ringing in the back of my head, telling me that doing magic for personal gain is a no-no … or have I been watching too much Charmed??
